Child’s Certified Birth Certificate
Child’s Social Security Card
Child’s Immunization record
Valid Driver’s License or ID
Proof of Income
Custody/Guardianship Documentation
Additional Information:
Parent/Guardian MUST be present.
Child(ren) MUST be 4 years old by or on September 1, 2026 for Pre-K
All children enrolling MUST have their immunizations up to date.
We will continue to accept registration for new to district students :
