Pearsall ISD would like to remind families that STAAR testing is approaching for students across the district. These assessments give students the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned throughout the school year and show their progress in meeting grade-level standards.
As testing days approach, we encourage our Maverick families to help students arrive at school prepared and ready to do their best. Simple steps such as arriving at school on time, getting plenty of rest the night before, eating a healthy breakfast, and dressing comfortably can help students feel confident and focused. Pearsall High School students should also remember to bring their Chromebook fully charged and their charger.
Most importantly, we encourage all of our students to stay positive, take their time, and do their best on each assessment!
We are proud of the hard work our students and staff have put in all year long, and we know our Mavericks are ready.

Tuesday, April 21: 5th Science, 8th Science, High School U.S. History
Wednesday, April 22: 8th Social Studies, High School Biology, Makeup Day for 5th Science
Thursday, April 23: Makeup Day for 8th Science and 8th Social Studies
Tuesday, April 28: 6th-8th Math, High School Algebra I
Wednesday, April 29: 3rd-5th Math, Makeup Day for 6th-8th Math
